Mariann C. Murphy, Attorney
E-Mail: mcm@salvaggiolaw.com
Mariann Murphy brings a unique and valuable perspective to the practice of New Jersey Divorce and Family Law.
Mariann financed her own college and law school education, by working full-time and attending evening classes. She joined Mr. Salvaggio in 2003, and worked with him for three years before her marriage, relocation to Sussex County and desire to start a family necessitated that she accept a similar position with a law firm in the town in which she lived.
Mariann rejoined Mr. Salvaggio in July 2009, after a three-year "sabbatical." As a working mother she is able to appreciate many clients' difficult task of simultaneously fulfilling both family and work obligations. Because of her own experiences, she is also able to provide Salvaggio Law Group clients with invaluable assistance in dealing with parenting time issues.
Mariann has been admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey since 1995. She is a Member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the Family Law Sections of the Morris County and Sussex County Bar Associations.
Ms. Murphy has volunteered for Legal Services of Northwest Jersey, the Jersey Battered Women's Shelter Legal Advocacy Project, and Project Self-Sufficiency, to assist clients who would not otherwise be able to obtain representation in their Family Court and Domestic Violence cases. She has also volunteered as a Panelist for the Morris County and Sussex County Matrimonial Early Settlement Program.
